At NOWHERE, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns for items that are:
- unused;
- unopened;
- in their original packaging;
- returned in saleable condition.
We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Return Request Period
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email hello@nowhere.com.pk with:
- your order number;
- your full name;
- your phone number;
- the reason for return;
- clear photos, if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Depending on the case, we may offer:
- a replacement;
- a refund;
- store credit; or
- another appropriate resolution.
We may request photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and invoice before approving the claim.
4. Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may be asked to place a new order separately.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, NOWHERE may cover the return shipping cost or arrange a reverse pickup where available.
For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
7. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and non-refundable payment processing charges may not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
9. In-Store Purchases
Products purchased from selected branches of Bashir Sons or MediLinks Pharmacy are subject to the return and exchange policy of the respective store where the purchase was made.
Please contact the relevant branch directly for assistance with store purchases.
10. International Orders
International customers must contact us before returning any item.
Approved international returns must be sent using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes may not be refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
11. Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the following items are not eligible for return:
- opened or used products;
- promotional or complimentary items;
- items marked final sale;
- products damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
