-
Negative Feedback: Noted a packaging issue with the Face Wash involving bubbles and liquid inside the tube.
-
Suggestion: Recommended increasing the quantity of the face wash and suggested adding products like Lotion, Lip Balm, Light Weight Cream, and Retinol during Winter.
- Justification: The bubbles/liquid issue is a Quality Control (QC) matter related to filling/air pressure and must be corrected. The positive performance review of the serum, especially against a key market competitor (Vince Loreal), outweighs this minor packaging fault. The suggestions for future products are noted for the brand's long-term development strategy.
4. Conclusion (Pharmacist’s Note)
Yumna’s case study strongly validates the Hydrating Serum's effectiveness, particularly its ability to outperform a current market competitor in providing a visible effect. The blend of Hyaluronic Acid (1%) for multi-molecular hydration, Vitamin B3 (1%) for barrier support/pore refinement, and Purslane (1%) for soothing power, achieved rapid results in one week.
The Face Wash, despite a QC issue with packaging, was well-received for its light feel and gentle fragrance.
📌 Recommendation: The NOWHERE Hydration & Barrier Serum should be marketed for its rapid, visible hydrating effects and its competitive edge. The packaging QC issue on the Face Wash must be addressed immediately before launch.
